Client is a leading organization for Quality Management Solutions. The firm continues to provide automated solutions to the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Challenges

• Manual Project Management and no visibility on Project Milestones and Task statuses
• Facing issues with the task assignments and resource availability. With more than 200 resources – it was difficult for manage island track tasks for each person
• Gaps in logging the accurate task durations that are daily checked in’s and checked in the Microsoft Excel Sheet
• The company was doing the manual work. Everything was captured in Excel Sheets. There was no automated process, and no particular project hierarchy was followed within their legacy system
• Data maintenance and security were very difficult. We all know that Excel Sheets were not enough to maintain the data and record the daily tasks of the company’s employees in a beautifully crafted manner

• Team collaboration, internal meetings set-up, and client management was achieved with Zoho Projects
• Data input and data export, data backups, basic reports, timesheet reports, and Gantt chart reports, are used in Zoho Projects. 
• Project-level Gantt chart reports are used to give presentations to management and clients
• Zoho Analytics solution – There are standard reports that are usefully related to project tasks, milestones, and time sheets. Custom reports are created with the help of Zoho Analytics to meet the complex reporting requirements
