Our Client Maintain Groups has operations in multiple countries across continents. They wanted to consolidate the sales and commercial operations within one system. The existing systems were resulting in poor visibility of the projects, bids, and pipeline.

After evaluating multiple CRM systems Dhruvsoft team proposed and implemented Zoho CRM for Client. CRM was customized to meet specific requirements of tracking the Global Power Projects, Initial Bids, Award of Project and Tracking of Project.
Results:
Now Our Client Groups has improved the Deal visibility across the various Geographies. The time taken to submit the proposals has reduced by over 37% and over a period of 1 year, the Project identification to Bid ratio has increased by 22%. The overall effectiveness of the Sales team has improved considerably.
